First, I would like to comment on how wonderful the customer service was. Super friendly and easy to work with. My best friend loves her flower arrangement. Second, I thought there were too many green leaves included. It would be nice to include more of flowers than leaves. The pictures online did not reflect on what was delivered in person. I was really disappointed with all the leaves they put in (Like seriously!!!) Due to that reason; in my opinion, I do not think the price should be that high for a bunch of leaves. Besides from all of that. I did love the free same-day delivery and customer service.
The woman who helped coordinate our grandmother's arrangement was incredibly kind and considerate. She called to let us know that some of the flowers for the arrangement weren’t available and talked us through alternative options. She was truly compassionate, recognizing our grief, and you could tell she put extra care into making the arrangement special. Since we couldn’t attend the service, she even sent us a photo of the finished arrangement, which meant a lot to us.
My wife received her birthday flowers from Dowling Florist and they're beautiful. As always, Robin was easy work with and always makes exceptional floral arrangements. Joe T
